Project Description

The 136 Center Building 3 is a 157,000 square foot, 5 story, core and shell office building. The mechanical system design for this office is a VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system, with (2) ERV’s (energy recovery ventilator) for ventilation. The penthouse consists of (12) outdoor condensing sections and has allowances to incorporate (48) mechanical fan coil zones per floor. Refrigeration piping for the core and shell was routed to be simple and easy to tie into for future tenants. The ventilation distribution from the ERV’s has also been designed for ease of connection. Divvy Pay has leased the entire building and is currently occupying the space.
